exporting gifs

What's the easiest way to produce gif files? I want to use a gif on my web site so it'll automatically play my animation. .mov files always include the play and pause button, I don't want that.

One way is to use "Graphic Converter": www.lemkesoft.com

Try searching at www.macupdate.com for something like: animated GIF
