In Preview--I hate having to zoom in every time..

When I double cick a photo and it opens in Preview, it always displays the picture zoomed WAY out. I have to open the window bigger to show the zoom in magnifying glass, then click that to zoom about 5 times before the thing is bigger than a stamp. Any tips to make pics just open at a good viewing scale?

Have you tried messing around in Preview's preferences? specifically under the images tab.

COOL! You can ZOOM! Every time I try that on my machine it kernel panis the whole bastard. Have filed numerous bug reports with Apple. Apparently they changed the nVidia drivers in Tiger update and it has happened ever since with my nVidia video card.

I'm jealous!
