Zip files in a window

I was wondering if there was any program that will let you view a zip archive in a window so that you can choose what files to extract. If anyone has used WinRAR for Windows then you know what I am talking about. Thanks.

zipit works just as you want. but, its $20 shareware--a little much for that one feat.

A basic method is to use Terminal and run

unzip -l myzipfile.zip

I have no experience with this, but I noticed a new product "JIMZip" announced today that seems to do what you want:

There are likely other such products - search at MacUpdate or VersionTracker.
