there are several options:

(1) the easy way:
if you have access to an IMAP server where you have enough quota to
store all your mail (or, at least a decent part of it) at once:
- in Mail.app, add the IMAP account as a new account and move/copy your
complete mailbox hierarchy (or parts thereof) to the IMAP server
- quit Mail.app
- open Eudora and add the IMAP server to the accounts in Eudora - you
can now move/copy the mailboxes from the server back to your local HD

This option has the advantage that all message flags should be
preserved. However, you probably need a internet connection with decent
speed and an IMAP server with enough room (you could sign up for a
trial .mac account if you don't have an IMAP account anywhere else.
However, you would be limited to 5MB...)

(2) the hard way:
- locate your mailboxes from Mail.app - they are located in
~/Library/Mail/Mailboxes and have the extension .mbox
- use the context menu on each of these mailboxes and select "Show
Package Contents" - a new window will open which contains several items
- copy the file "mbox" out of the package to a convenient location
- using a text editor (e.g., BBEdit) change the EOL (end of line)
characters from Unix-style (LF) to Mac-style (CR)
- using a file utility (e.g., File Buddy) change the type/creator of
the file to TEXT/CSOm
- rename the file from mbox to the name of the mailbox (you don't need
to add an extension) and move it to your Eudora mailbox hierarchy. The
next time you start Eudora you should be able to see the mailbox

Using this option, all messages will be marked as unread/unknown
status. However, you are independent of an internet connection or an
IMAP server

(3) improved version of "the hard way"
- use the "Export Messages" script from Mail Scripts - this will save
you the pain of opening the packages, moving and renaming the mbox
files - not exactly fast but works...
- continue with the step about changing the EOL characters in (2)
