forget that gnutella crap
 
Most of those P2P are using variants of Gnutella. They suck. Get eDonkey2000, been using it for 5 years with no probs.

Forget all P2P, it all sucks. Get a usenet account with easynews.com and get full-speed, reliable downloads.

The Manual removal method cited below worked great for me - Thanks for the help - Nov 2008

By the way... the rror you are getting may have its origin with Java as LimeWire is a Java app... Did you make any settings change to your Java Settings lately ?
