LOL. My fav is Control - Eject to access the ShutDown menu.

Command + . is a big time saver, especially with iTunes internet radio re-buffering and accidental clicks in Safari.

One very cool one if you navigate with the keyboard is control + F2. That allows you to access the drop down menu with using your mouse. You navigate with the arrow keys instead.

Another time saver is using option + brightness (F1 or F2) or volume (F3, F4, or F5). This opens the System Preferences panel for those controls.

I totally agree with that. In fact, I would like to have a way to select which of the three views I want as default. Then again, something like that would knock out any preferences which have been set for individual folders. That's a price I'm willing to pay for total control.
