Ha ha, thanks Gavin. I suppose I should mention for anyone who has not already heard. I and that lovely lady are actually married now. We got married in December...one of these years I'm going to update my blog with some pictures from the wedding, maybe I'll post that when it finally gets done.

As for the Engagement photos. We had them taken in Little Cottonwood Canyon near Salt Lake City in Utah. We were actually quite lucky. It had rained really hard the entire morning, and what was usually a dry river bed had become a roaring river. My wife (who is a fair bit more agile than me, owing to her abilities as a dancer) agreed that we should make our way out to a small rocky outcrop in the middle of the river. We managed that feat, and here is the photo that came as a result. What you can't see is that our feet are all wet... ;).

You've shamed me into it. Perhaps the other women, like me, are always hoping for a more flattering photo.
