Wow, I wish I had the means to check out all these new musicians I have never heard of. Right now I hear Smokey Robinson playing, the tracks of my tears. A classic.

Black Sabbath - Fairies wear boots
then due to interuptions I missed about 4 songs and when I got back it was the doors,

Yes most of my music is older than I am

Caius 02-07-2005 01:33 PM

Black Sabbath - Killing Yourself to Live

Most of my music is now modern stuff. I would say 20% are undiscovered bands, ie not big. 40% of it is older than me, and the rest is well known modern stuff.

Rockabilly Radio

I've been listening to Rockabilly Radio a lot lately. It's on iTunes in the Radio folder under Americana. It's also available on the web.

One of the coolest bumper sticker I ever saw, read: "My other car is a Lada." It was on the back of a Jaguar!

I remember playing the Köln Concert on the (then) new G4 tower that my dads work just had delivered. He walked in and commented that it was an expensive CD player. I was working on a Bondi iMac. Can't think now why I wasn't on the G4...

Don’t know much about speakers. Folks, what do you recommend connecting to a Mac?

I have some digital Creative speakers from Cambridge (or is it the other way around). Sounds damned good for the price to my ears. I burn all my CDs at 320 AAC.

Ah, the joy of great and varied music! :)

You'll probably get more response creating a new thread ;)

Personally I have the JBL Creature II speakers. They distort slightly at full volume with my Pb sometimes, so I'm looking to upgrade to the Harmon Kardon Soundstick II's sometime soon.
