Thanks all..

The problem solved by uninstall Stuffit Expander v9 and install Stuffit Standerd v 8.2 ..

But still nobody answer me about is there another application can expand .sit files ??

Probably. But I don't know about it. Why would you want some other app when Stuffit Expander works?
And there might not be any other app since .sit format is a proprietary format, so would require reverse engineering to find out about it.
