Wow, Bill's going to have to skip desert at his favorite restaurant tonight.

ulrichm 10-04-2004 07:52 PM

I guess not only desert, but allso the entire dinner, if it get widely known. Some guys have ordered 300+ CDs just for the heck of it. LOL. :D :D
I wonder if it works everywhere. I don't dare to try it out here in The Netherlands. They have some good lawyers here too.

Some waiter is going to be upset at having his tip reduced.

That's incredible! You'd think they'd have done a little work to make their form a little more secure.

ulrichm 10-05-2004 04:55 PM

Have you guys already ordered some CDs? If so, how many? :-)

I'd think they don't care if a few random pranksters waste a tiny amount of money.

Can someone explain to me why they think it's so "cool" to defraud a company?

Maybe someone could explain why they feel safe in posting an admission to having committed a crime in a public forum?

Makes me also curious. What a shame!

Tell us what it said - please!

Some fools found a flaw on MS's web site that allowed them to order multiple copies of a free upgrade CD. They truely thought it funny to force unnecessary costs on a free service from a company that no doubt will reflect the costs on future product prices.

CAlvarez 10-08-2004 02:02 PM

For providing free update CD's, I guess. How dare they.

Microsoft are the perfect example of a cruel twist of justice and plagiarism dipped with a hint of evil, fathered by capitalism that so frequently makes an appearance in this world.

Apart from religion and money (which only breeds evil (which only breeds violence)), Microsoft is one of my foremost hates. Not just for its plopper of an operating system.

I hate what they stand for, I hate what they are, I hate the way they are what they are and I hate how it is us who made them and put them there.

I hate Microsofts ulterior motive... World domination (well, near enough)
And they have their eyes set on a way to achieve this... The Internet. And I for one, will stand up against this. (Hotmail, IE, MSN etc)

Microsoft are seeking dictatorship and killing competition. They are not pushing the boundaries of technology and science for the benefit of technology itself but rather for the money it brings. Microsoft's philosophy is one of a money grabbing bastard, and should they succeed technological dictatorship. They could bring the world to a standstill.

That's what you call capitalism! :o :(

CAlvarez 10-08-2004 08:53 PM

Microsoft is evil. Down with the capitalist pigs!

Yeah, it's so cool to hate Microsoft. How dare I forget.

Craig R. Arko 10-08-2004 09:14 PM

Enough. Thread closed.

Yep. You took the click right out of my mouse. ;)
