I use NetFinder.

LOL. You know, it's a little scary that NetFinder hasn't been updated since 2008 (according to MacUpdate), but the screenshot of the file browsing interface looks identical to the Finder. It looks like it is dead simple to navigate. I'm thinking it might be a really good FTP app for newbie/basic-level users.

I used Cyberduck for awhile too, and it was iffy.
