Ironic how i was searching some normal gaming forums and adult game stories were posted.

Came to the conclusion there arnt any proper porno mac games, as the market for these sorts of games is in japan, and most people there have pc's...so if you desperately need these games install bootcamp.

There was a big fuss a few months ago about the game "rapelay" which is obviously a rape game, and it got banned from being sold on amazon..and judging by comments ive seen most of the games tend to follow that sorta genre...

Maybe you should go to next years AVN in vegas and see the latest in adult games?
