Hello GiovanniOSX, welcome to the Mac OS X Hints forum.
Unfortunately, it's not at all clear what your problem is, nor what you have tried to do. Please use a lot more words, and a lot more description, and a lot more detail to tell us what is happening, what you've tried to do (in detail).
The most that I can make out is that this problem is somehow related to Filevault. I would not advise anyone use Filevault, as there are continuing reports of problems with it. If you can turn off Filevault, that would be a good idea. If you cannot turn off Filevault because you don't have enough space on your hard drive, then clear space off of your hard drive, for example by using FireWire Target Disk Mode (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1661) and connecting it to another computer.
