In the Netherlands, Internet access costs money, per second! So by default, the Mac is never connected to the Net. Infrequently and only for short periods.
Frequently (I am a total Apple newbie) I want to get help, and then lots of times OS X tries to get it from some Apple web site. Sorry, no connection, so no help.

What would be good: I have a 75 GB disk. Surely I have space enough for more on-disk help. And when I am on-line, OS X could collect the on-line help and store it on disk?

It is annoying, especially for new users.
