Quicktime movie - out of synch

I have a small video clip in quicktime that I made on my home computer, G4 500MHz system 10.2.3 It played fine. When I went to work and played it on the same computer, the sound and video were out of synch. I have the same system on both and am using Quicktime Pro on both. I did have older versions of quicktime on my office computer before upgrading. Could it be that there are too many versions. Although the one in use did say Quicktime 6.1
