SanDisk USB Cruzer Flash Drive Problem

I bought one of these to do some upgrades on my windows machine, and formated it as an FAT disks.

Now I want to use it on my Mac OS X 10.4. The problem is I can open it but can get put any files on the drive. It appears to be locked, and with Get Info I see no way of unlocking it.

What do I need to do to make this drive work on my Mac? I guess I need to reformat it, but can not find a reformat program (not even DISK Utility Program) gives me any options).

It would be great to move some file like jpg between machines.

What am I doing wrong?

With the help of San Disk Support the problem is fixed. Had to launch Drive on my Windows laptop and de-install the Cruzer Launch Programs which completely cleared out the drive giving me full 2 gig capacity. I was then able to plug into my Mac where the Icon showed up as a Disk instead of a CDROM partition with a full 2 gig capacity.

I can now use flash drive for all machines.
