oooookay....

so...a friend gave me a powerbook tha:mad::mad::mad::mad:t runs OS X v.10.1.5....But! I wasn't able to log on because he had forgotten the passwd...then boot with command + S... after what i made the 3-steps that makes you to create a new admin account... but HOW can I recover the files and privilege that the ‘‘old admin user‘‘ owns ???

IS..on this earth..someone can HELP ME!?!??!??!?!?!

If you are now logged in as an admin account, you should be able to go into the Accounts preferences panel and change the password of the other admin account.

But note that 10.1 is now extremely ancient and you would be better off getting a copy of a newer version of OS X (latest version is 10.5) - at least 10.2 if not 10.3 or 10.4.
The newer versions of OS X run faster as well as being more stable and more feature-full.
You can usually get a copy of older versions of OS X on eBay quite cheaply. Make sure that you get a retail version of the CD, not just an upgrade or "restore" disk (that came with some particular model of Mac).
