Phantom Third Monitor in Display Arrangement

Any ideas why this guy has shown up?
I recently reinstalled my os (10.4.10) and now I have a crazy third monitor! :eek:

My only guess is it has something to do with my Blackmagic Multibridge Pro.
Probably should be posting on blackmagic related forum, but just incase anyone else has had this problem before I'm checking here too :P

Interesting. Can you drag folders and files off into the nonexistent monitor-space, or does it only manifest in the PrefsPane?

Whatever you do, don't make it the primary monitor by dragging the menu bar onto it!
