Spotlight slow on some file types (gif)

Hi again,

I am having still problems with spotlight. It is so slow, importing simple gif files. It is now importing for DAYS (max. 50 Gigabyte data).

Wenn I do a

$ lsof | grep mdimport

it shows most often a task, importing a gif-file. The same gif takes minutes to get completed.

I am really in trouble here. Please, any hint on this?
