I frequent many forums and I find that I have to continually switch between Unicode (UTF-8), Western (MacOS Roman) & Western (ISO Latin 1) in order to see the correct characters for that site.
Is there a way for the browser to automatically chose the best encoding? Or perhaps a way I can tell by looking at the HTMl source code what the default encoding is?
