I have a blue/white G3 with out a CD burner and I would like to transfer my files, some applications, and iTunes to a G4.
Is there a quick and easy way to connect the two computers so that I can copy my stuff to the new computer?

If you have a FireWire port on the G3, then that would be the fastest way.
You could use Apple's Migration Assistant (comes with Tiger, under /Applications/Utilities)

A B&W G3 cannot be started as an external hard disk, nor will it boot from a firewire disk either - the functionality is not built in. I took the hard disk out of my BWG3 installed it in an external FW/USB case and proceeded that way to move everything on it to my G5. Because a G4 uses the same ATA technology as a G3, you might go that route.

I don't think that matters.
