I've installed windows through bootcamp and partitioned it for 25Gb but i've used up all that space so how can I increase the size of the partition?

There will probably be some hot debate as the best way to do this. Theoretically you could do it from Windows or Mac..... But there are implications for each.
I've never done it so I can't really advice you, but wait for other comments.
I have never done anything with bootcamp, but my impression is that the only option will be to start over and re-create the partitions to a more satisfactory size. In a pure Windows environment, there ARE programs that can re-size partitions, but I wouldn't want to bet that they would work in this situation. Probably, you can clone your Mac system to an external drive and then restore it when you've re-sized the partition.

Partition Magic will let you do it in Windows. But it might not leave your Mac system or the boot sector in tact properly.
I vouch for JDV, that the only option I've seen in BootCamp is to start again with no option to simply resize a partition.
