G5 1.6 Single Freeze issue

Hello,

I have been having a problem where my mac freezes up randomly mainly during browsing the internet,

i work as a retoucher so i can be using photoshop all day without a hitch as well as other apps but i can guarantee a freeze when browsing the internet

i have tried everything i can think off and as a result i have two sets of ram and two harddrives but still it freezes, i have rebuilt with different operating systems, tried different browsers, apple hardware tester, techtool pro, memory tests that have gone for hours but still nothing.

Maybe someone else had had a similar problem, Any ideas would be helpful.

Launch the "Console" application (under /Applications/Utilities) and look for relevant error messages. Note that messages are labeled with the date & time so you can use that to locate the part of the log to look at. Copy & paste the relevant messages back here so we can see them.
Be sure to look at system.log as well as console.log (Use the "Logs" button (top-left) to see the various logs available - note that you will probably need to be an "admin" user to see the system.log)

hi,

i had a look at the console and system logs but couldn't see anything odd, i even deliberately crashed the machine twice (it hates browsing ebay in any browser firefox, opera, safari, internet explorer) and noted the times etc but nothing shows up in the logs, when it freezes it freezes, i mean i have to hold down the button on the box itself to restart.
