I was wondering whether that semitransparent shelf-looking thing on the right hand side is an app, and if it is, where can I get it?

It looks like it's just a desktop background. But the iChat thing seems real.

That computer seems to be modded a bit.

Would that be something like DropDrawers? There are 2 or 3 apps that put a slide-out drawer on the screen.
