iTunes keyboard navigation issue.. kinda strange

My first post!!! Exciting stuff!!

So, basically, this is the issue I'm having on my Powerbook w/ Tiger and all updates... In iTunes, while in the browser window and an artist is selected, I used to be able to press a letter on the keyboard and quickly navigate there. About a month ago, the letter navigation stopped working.

I've searched around and can't seem to find any solutions. Any help is appreciated! :D

Hi, did you make sure the Artist column is selected? It still works for me

You can also use the cool search box on top to narrow it down by artist, track name, and album name all at once.

Yeah, its definately not working for some reason.
Maybe tinkertool messed something up??
Really, I have no idea. Hoping somebody might know what setting got altered.
