how do i turn audacity format into mp3 or wav?

well the title pretty much said it all
ok so i recorded this cool song on audacity but i dont know wut to do
to turn in into mp3
i want to put it on my myspace band user
and put it on a cd
but the audacity format is to weird to work for eigther one

Can't you just export as AIFF? Then you can convert it into whatever format with iTunes or burn it as Audio CD.
