Airport Express cannot accees iTunes or iPhoto shared files

After returning from holiday I've discovered that I can no longer access the music and photos on my Mac Mini from my iBook via my Airport Express. I can mount the hard drive from my Mini using the afp address but neither iTunes nor iPhoto can access the shared files. I also cannot find my my Mini on my network.

Can anyone help???
