Hello All
I am a new member th this forum, am I am new to the Mac as well

I would like to know how can i make an educational tutorial for example i want to capture the steps on how to open and run itunes on a quicktime file or a video clip so i can send it to some one who is clueless

I think it will be much easier than writing the steps

Thank you

Snapz Pro X will do video captures of what's happening within a user-specified frame. But I don't think it'll capture sound simultaneously.

Ultimately, IMO, whomever is learning how to do this will benefit MORE from being told how to do it via text and then having to look and discover for themselves, rather than being led by the nose through it.

I would recommedn getting SnapzPro (http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/) which is a great program to make movies of what your doing on the screen. Its one of the less expensive products in this category and does allow to set the exact area you wish to record, save as frames or movie, take snapshots, etc. I find its realy worth it and its easy to use.

One way would be to record a movie showing the steps being done on your screen. You can do this with Snapz Pro: http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/
