I still have my old G4 933HMz with Panther 10.3.5. I would like feedback on Mac G5 Dual Core 2.0. I used Photoshop 7, Illustrator 10, Flash MX and Painter 8. The primary aim is to produce work up to 30 x 30 inches onto canvas. I am a Fine Artist mixing traditional and digtal technology. I am looking to purchase Mac G5 Dual Core 2.0, 250GB drive with 1 GB of memory. Is there anything else that will help to speed up the work? I have been told more memory or extenal hard drive may help. Please advise me.
