I have a linksys router G it's all working fine right now with my built in wireless on my powerbook G4, does anyone have a list of supported network cards that will work?
I do have a Linksys WPC54G PCMCIA Network Card as well as a Netgear WG511 right now, will either work? I am running 10.4.3
Thanks
Jason

The Linksys WPC54G PCMCIA Network Card will be recognized as an AirPort Express card as it uses the same Broadcom chipset.
However, having more than one Airport card in a machine is not supported and doesn't make much sense neither for everyday scenarios.

the reason why I wanted to go up to G not only for faster speeds, but there are now 2 other computers in the house that are set up for G and I am holding them back, plus my brother has a mac and file transferring between up should go quicker as well!!! Is there anyway to disable the built in one? or do I have to open up the back and remove it all together?
