Hi,

I have saved a packet dump (Etherpeek). Which applications can I use to extract files transferred over FTP and HTTP? I did that by hand for several smaller ones, but there should be an easier way...

You can take a look at this thread (http://www.ethereal.com/lists/ethereal-users/200303/msg00286.html) in the Ethereal mailing list. Ethereal can do the job depending on the file type and protocol used. Other times you'll have to write that script. If you find a single application that can handle any situation please post it back here.
