Is there a GUI for MAC that supports SCP, which has a drag and drop interface in macosx

That would be RBrowser (http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=3763&db=mac). But you'll need to buy the full version.

A free alternative for you might be Vapor (http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=15172&db=mac) which has a GUI for tunneling AFP sessions through ssh.
