I know Quicktime Pro can do that. VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/) may also be able to do it.

The program I use is ffmpegx. It takes a bit to figure out how to set up, (for me it did, at least) but it works great for a lot of stuff. One of it's built in features is to rip the audio from a movie.
