Keeping the MAC platform @ XM Satellite Radio!!!

I need to gather as much compelling info as possible to aid in our fight to stay on the MAC platform and upgrade finally to OS X in our ProductionStudios here at XM. I am a Production Director at XM Satellite Radio and I am speerheading the effort to remain with MACS so that our dept. can finally upgrade to OS X, use GarageBand, upgrade Pro Tools, and other pro audio pieces of software that run best under OS X.

The network throughout XM is a M$ network and the windows goons would like to switch out audio production to pee-cees so that they will integrate "better" with the rest of the network.

I have gathered as much info as I can to help in our effort, but I am lacking in the networking part.
