10.1.5 Terminal not updating user list?

After installing 10.1.5, having multipul terminal windows open does not show up on when running "who". For example if i have two Terminal windows open, on ttyp1 and ttyp2, and run "who" in either of them, the listing only shows that i am logged into console.

But if i use xTerms (through xwindows), the new xTerms show up wher running "who".

Does any one know what this problem might be and/or know how to fix it.

Same here. In my Terminal preferences, under "Shell" there are 2 items:

Use default login shell for this user

and

Use this shell:

I had 'Use this shell' checked, and 'who' always came up the same no matter how many windows I had open (same with aterm windows, BTW). Then I went and checked 'Use default login shell for this user' and tried 'who' again. Lo and behold:

% who
timan console Jun 9 23:05
timan ttyp3 Jun 10 00:37
timan ttyp4 Jun 10 00:37

Next I switched BACK to 'Use this shell' and 'who' still yields the same results. Shrug. But stuff like this has been happening since before OS 10.1.5. Check out this thread:
