I have sucessfully? installed Geeklog to my system, however on displaying the index page in the browser I get an error:
1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'ORDE R BY username' at line 1
I have seen the error reported on the Geeklog site, anybody know where to go from here.?

First, to see the actual bugs and info on all releases, be familiar not only with the Geeklog Home Page (http://geeklog.sourceforge.net), but also with the project page (http://sourceforge.net/projects/geeklog/) on sourceforge. Among other things there is an archive of the mailing list (no search function, unfortunately). But I remembered the bug, and found the article (http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=475877&forum_id=6177) I was looking for. Simon Lord found the problem and the solution; he wrote:First, ORDE R was definitely in lib-common. It was unsearchable because that space is not a space but a *carriage* return. This has been fixed, however, so downloading a newer build should fix it, or you can edit it yourself.
