I just do a fresh installation of OS 10.3, does it build in classic so i can open some classic application(quarkxpress4)? Or i need to install classic myself from other old cd?

If you just did it and there's no "System Folder" in the root directory, then you will have to install it from your old OS9 CDs.

are there any faq or help file on how to put a copy of classic it the best way?
I don't want the classic mess up my os 10.3. Can i just copy the system folder from my os9 machine?
Do i need to careful on anyway not to confuse Panther?

Panther will not be confused. It doesn't care if OS9 is there or not, unless someone is trying to start Classic. Installing of the CD is the 'best way'. I don't think you'll be able to drag and drop from your other machine because the OS9 System software will running and cannot be copied when in use.. unless the OS9 Mac supports target mode. The only things you need are the "System Folder" and "Applications (Mac OS 9)".
