Installing GD with FINK?

I installed GD with Fink, as well as ImageMagick - but neither seem to be working. Is there some way to simply check if they are installed correctly? I tried typing "which gd" but it doesn't seem to recognize them.

(note: I am aware of this page:

but I prefer to do things with Fink if at all possible.)

I usually type 'display &' in an xterm to start ImageMagick.
