How do i dual boot Mac OS x Lion & Windows 7?

I currently have a macbook pro with Mac OS Lion installed. My computer has a 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7, and 8GB DDR3 RAM. I wish i could dual boot it so i could use windows 7 on it, help please?
