I forget how to boot up in another user account..what keys do I use booting up?

I don't know if there's a key press, but the Accounts** System Preference has options for login, including whether a user is automatically logged in, or whether a login box is displayed.

I'm using OS 10.5.8, and I can set up user accounts, and guest accounts, but don't remember how to boot up in them.

Click on the Login Options button (you may need to unlock a padlock). You will then have a list of options, including whether to login in automatically to a user account or not. Tick not.
