I'm at 10.6.8 Intel no external speakers
A couple of days ago my sound just stopped working. I can use the volume controls both on the keyboard and on the task bar, and they show that the volume is increasing or decreasing but no actual sound comes out. I recently did a software update, but I didn't notice if this problem started with that or some time afterwards.
I found this thread (http://hintsforums.macworld.com/showthread.php?t=66689) and moved my plist then restarted but it didn't turn the sound back on.
I keep my sound turned off most of the time, maybe it's just trying to get back at me ;)
Any help will be appreciated.
