Is there a way to disable sherlock form wanting to be on the internet. Lets say I have a machine that is not connected to the internet, but I want the user to be able to still use all the functions of sherlock with out having them connected to the internet.
Everytime you launch sherlock it will say, sherlock cannot run because it requires an internet connection.
I just thought I would post this while I researched it, incase anyone knows off the top of their head.

Which Sherlock channel doesn't require internet access in and of itself? It'd be pointless to run the app without being able to use a channel.

I know, but when you deal with certain users they want their system to work a certain way even if its absurd or impossible. They are simply stubborn and want to use sherlock like they did in os 9.
However, I have not heard from the user in several days maybe they have just accepted it, and moved on. Well, I hope thats the case at least.

Maybe you should install a special version of Sherlock for use when they are not connected to Internet. This would be fairly simple - just make an application (e.g. AppleScript) which opened an image of the Sherlock window!

That would be awesome Hayne, however I don't know apple script at all. My programming knowledge stops at basic, HTML, and some java scripting. I really never got into programming at all so I really probably could not write a script, or at least know where to start.
If you could point me in the right direction to a resourceful book, or website that would be appreciated. I am willing to learn, just not always too motivated ya know.
