I upgraded to 10.1.3 and now I can't open my Mail.app program. Arg. I click, it only gives me one bounce. I went directly to the program, and it still wouldn't open. I deleted the prefs (com.apple.mail.plist) and its still not opening.
Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas?

Sounds strange. Deleting prefs always did it for me. Maybe try reinstalling. Pacifist (available at http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/6811 ) allows you to open a single package and install anything within it. Mail.app is in the 10.1.3 update.
Hope this helps.

Before reinstalling, I would try launching Mail.app from the Terminal by typing:
/Applications/Mail.app/Contents/MacOS/Mail
See what error message it gives you. If it's something like a missing framework, you can reinstall that framework using Pacifist. Reinstalling all of Mail.app is possible but somewhat of a pain since to really do it thoroughly you have to reinstall it from the 10.1 CD and then update it with the 10.1.1, 10.1.2, and 10.1.3 packages.

one bounce is reminiscent of a permissions problem.
in the shell, what is the result of this command:
ls -l /Applications/Mail.app/Contents/MacOS/Mail
-rwxr-sr-x 1 root mail 569800 Feb 19 19:50 /Applications/Mail.app/Contents/MacOS/Mail
