Hi All,
I am exporting clips to post on a download site and am looking into exporting as PAL (25fps) and NTSC (29.97fps) respectively. The original content is PAL and I have exported at both rates. The clips look fine to the naked eye, but when I upload the NTSC files, they post as 30.12fps. I was hoping someone could advise me on conversion techniques.
