X windows on OS9

I didn't know where to put this or if it's kosher so spank me if it's not proper.

Somebody at work is still using OS9 and wants to use an X Windows emulator. I vaguely remember MI/X from Microimages for OS9 would fit the bill but they no longer support OS9. Emails have been sent by my colleague to Microimages and no joy.

Since it was a free program could anybody suggest where I could get this X windows client from?

The only X-windows client I could find for OS 9 is from Tenon, and it cost $175 dollars (it was a client and server combo, I believe).

The annoying thing is, they still have the os 9 version on their ftp server (/pub/mixold/mixppc.sit.bin), unfortunately it has restricted access.

I downloaded a copy (don't have OS 9, so I don't know how it works) so it does exist. Kind of a slow download, but it's only 1.8 MB, so it's not so bad.

PM me if you want a copy and that server goes down...

Thx xchanyazy! I tried the google route before but no joy. Nice one.

I'm downloading as I write, slow though but seems OK. I'll pass it on and find out next week if it works OK.
