Hi there, does anyone know of a digital thermometer that is able to connect to the mac via usb (or wifi) for data recording and collection?
preferably with more than one input censors.

Do you mean a pro solution for monitoring critical data or a casual use type? There is some nice software for the Davis Pro line of weather stations. On the critical data side there is the HOBO line of data loggers which I believe have an osx interface.

Cheaper than a HOBO solution is the THUM (http://practsol.com/thummac.htm), but at $120 you may think it's still priced like lab tech.

Yeah, probably what he wants is a wireless solution that he can see the temp in another room or outside and display/monitor it on his mac. I have looked into this before and there is no real good cheap solution. I have the Oregon Scientific wireless temp sensors scattered about my home and outside but have not figured out how to capture the output onto my mac. It seems like it should be simple enough since it is radio waves. I cant believe someone has not made some shareware for this purpose.
