Is there a way to lock an admin account password in Leopard or Tiger so that another Admin on the computer cannot gain access to an account? We have some macs that we would like our users to have Admin privs, but I would rather they were not able to possibly change our standard Admin password...if they decided to poke around in System Preferences.

This is not possible, once someone has admin rights all security is tossed right on out the window.

In other words, all admins are equal.

what admin privileges do you want them to have? some things you grant by adding them to a group and giving the group the privileges, or by using ACLs.
