httpd empty?????

Hey all.

just come to edit my httpd file but it seems to be empty. Get an empty screen in Pico and TextEdit doesn't even open a new document.

smb.conf works fine with both.... Am I missing something here?

I assume you're talking about /etc/httpd.

httpd isn't a file. You need to edit one of the real config files -- probably /etc/httpd/httpd.conf.

(I'm surprised that pico even gives you the false impression that you can edit httpd.)
